Adults: "Pop Art" Pet Portraits with a Twist! Wednesday April 9th, 6:30
April 9th! Something new and fun! Love your furry friend? Capture their personality in a vibrant, beginner-friendly painting class! This new workshop is a twist on our traditional pet painting watercolor class. This one is a bit more "anything goes" and has the feel of pop art! All pets are PERFECT to paint! Horses, dogs, cats, reptiles, birds, bunnies, fish....just take a great headshot of your pet and email it to Heather at HeatherCareyStudios@gmail.com. Please email at least 3 days prior to your workshop, if possible, so Heather can print and bring your image to the workshop. Heather will teach you how to transfer your photo image and create a magical painting from it!
No experience needed. We'll guide you step by step to create a bold, colorful masterpiece you'll be proud to hang in your home. This is a relaxed and easygoing session, perfect for anyone who wants to have fun, be creative, and celebrate their beloved pet with a unique work of art.

Doors open at 6 pm (class begins at 6:30) and you are welcome to bring your favorite food/drink. Our workshops at Free Range Art are all about learning something new and enjoying the time to meet with friends or make new connections! All supplies are provided and this workshop is beginner friendly.

About the Artist:
Heather Carey is a West Chester native with a lifelong love for art, people, and animals. She has a Fine Arts degree and spent 25 years working as an art therapist for adults with mental and physical disabilities. Her love for art grew as she watched their eyes fill with joy while creating things with their own hands. Please keep an eye out for Heather's many upcoming workshops. Her talents are endless!
